What if I need more changes than my plan allows?
No problem at all. Any changes beyond your plan’s scope are handled at a fair rate discussed transparently upfront. We’ll never do extra work without letting you know the cost first.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan anytime?
Yes, all our maintenance plans are month to month with no long term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel anytime with a month’s notice and we’ll wrap everything up cleanly.
What platforms do you maintain?
We maintain websites built on WordPress, Shopify, Framer, and Webflow, the same platforms we build on. If your site runs on one of these you’re in good hands.
What happens if my website breaks?
We’re on it immediately. Depending on your plan we respond and resolve the issue as a priority. Full plan clients get a guaranteed 24 hour response so you’re never left hanging.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes, as long as your site runs on one of our supported platforms we’re happy to take it on. We’ll run a full health audit first to get familiar with the site before maintenance begins.
