2. Services: Devsay provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, website maintenance, and SEO management services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon between Devsay and the client before work begins.

3. Payment: A deposit may be required before work begins on any project. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the final files or website access are handed over. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges discussed transparently with the client beforehand.

5. Additional Costs: Our service prices cover design and development only. Additional costs such as domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, and third party plugins are the client’s responsibility and will be discussed upfront before the project begins.

6. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment all design files and website assets created for the client become the client’s property. Devsay reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality: We treat all client information and project details with strict confidentiality and will not share them with any third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

8. Turnaround Time: Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client response times, revision requests, and third party dependencies. We commit to communicating any delays promptly.

9. Maintenance Plans: Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis. Plans can be cancelled anytime with one month’s written notice. No refunds are issued for partially used months.

10. Limitation of Liability: Devsay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
